Subsidy Fraud: Fuel Was Never Imported

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Wednesday, told an Ikeja High Court that an oil marketer, Rowaye Jubril, committed fraud by collecting N963.7 million payment subsidy for petroleum products he never imported.
